he wouldn't've any problem with one extra colour, the limit is eight, the font uses 6: he could've used one layer for white

either that or he didn't bother filling it in :/

Seems odd that Unicode would randomly add characters in Plane 9.  Are you sure it's not a fan extension or something?  I can't seem to find any info...
