FYI, the reason why accented capitals aren't shortened is because they'd look strange for me.

The exclamation point doesn't look diagonal/tilted because it would ruin the upside down exclamation point used in Spanish.

Good luck! Unicode has 11,172 precomposed Hangul syllables. The characters in the Hangul Jamo blocks conjoin with each other to make syllables if the font has that behavior defined.
