Checked in US-ASCII: it's not a valid font. Besides the cheating 2.5 x-height is to be avoided. Great effort (interesting alternates) and good skill (one of the best/mist complete trials released out there).

My archive shows me you included the duplicate "|" = "I" on your site a tad later, on 2014-04-12, while it's missing here (thus not a US-ASCII font - not a text font, Unicode-wise). Besides: "::" = "#" is another double assignment. The dotted "i" is almost OK, but your very similar "%" creates a confusion. I won't call it an actual font. A very good trial, with difficult lowercase and missing characters.
