If i understood well : "Sans" means "without" in french but "avec" means "with", so "avec comic" is because he thinks the font is fun (comic). and it deserves "sans" (so without) hesitation those top stars (of the rating, i think)

@1saac - You have to use a special program to make an "animated GIF"; I use the freeware product "UnFREEz 2.1" by WhitSoft Development for mine:

UnFREEz 2.1

It is very easy to use. Design your individual GIF 'frames', then drag & drop and create!
