Make sure to pick TrueType when downloading. Even though the math does work out with an em size of 2000, the em square size and glyph positions are kinda bugged in OTF downloads.

For the characters that display on my system, I built those characters, then I compared them with the code charts on Unicode's website and made adjustments as necessary.
For the characters that don't display on my system (mainly the scripts introduced in Unicode 16 and 17, Kaktovik numerals, and Symbols for Legacy Comuting (+Supplement)), I used the code charts on Unicode's website to have built said characters from.
This Wikipedia page has a list of scripts in both ISO 15924 and Unicode, which the names in the ISO 15924 column appear in the sample above.
So I surpassed the Staff Pick with most glyphs when adding various arrows, playing cards, dominoes, and mahjong tiles; and in less time than said staff pick itself…
Anyways, If anyone has ideas to make the CJK characters in the mahjong tiles more readable, I'm all ears as many of them aren't very legible right now… (preferably at a 7x9 size so they fit)
P.S. when installing new versions of the font, make sure to uninstall any old versions of the font before doing so.
Thank you for your elaborate answer. The links are very helpful.
What is your quest? Do you want to recreate all assigned characters of Unicode 17.0, including the tens of thousands of CJK characters? That is 159,866 characters at present, and the number may increase with each new version of Unicode. I'm just curious.
@Frodo7 The glyph limit of 65,535 already prevents that from happening in a single font file.
I don't have plans on doing the scripts that require OpenType features to get working correctly and/or requires the use of combining characters (Arabic, Devanagari, Bengali, etc.), or CJK because too many characters, or Cuneiform or Hieroglyphs because too detailed and too many characters.
So most likely the remaining symbols, mathematical operators, arrows, and dingbats in Unicode.
P.S. You can find symbols for square roots with 0-9 in the Private Use Area so you can make stuff like ¹²√(7¹⁹) look more nice
Thai and Khmer fall under the category of scripts that require OpenType features to get working correctly and/or requires the use of combining characters, so I don't think I can do either here.
But I do have plans on making expansions to the enclosed alphanumerics in the Private Use Area.

@Meek Can support for Unicode 17 be added to the fontStructor?
Note: The Bulgarian, Macedonian, and Serbian Cyrillic texts doesn't appear correctly due to FontStruct's lack of locl OpenType feature.
@Meek Some Unicode blocks still appear to be missing in the block list.
I wonder where Miscellaneous Symbols Supplement is? It should be between Symbols for Legacy Computing Supplement and Znamenny Musical Notation.
Already two months of waiting for Unicode 17 support to be added since its release on September 9, 2025…
When support for OpenType features arrive, I'm definitely adding them to the font.
Impressive work. How do you know so much about Unicode? 10/10
@Frodo7 Thanks!

10k glyphs?! how are you that fast lol
anyway, do you plan to add southeast asian scripts? (such as thai, khmer, etc.)

this looks like similar to pixicraft because some glyphs are similar to it
The background in the above sample is a sample of glyphs from the font in random sizes, colors, and orientations.
the fact that there are >39 in the same orientation and in white is improbable...
i will give this font a 10/10, but the only problem here is this font doesn’t support combining characters
@lvqille That text is not part of the background in the sample.
@dhdhdh FontStruct doesn't support the mark/mkmk features, so text with combining marks might look a bit off in some software.
since this font has almost 13,000+ glyphs, will you try to surpass pixel sans?
Darn. That's crazy! Wish mine could compare.
@BWM i know, i said it as a joke
when will you update this font?
Can you add Vai
when will you update this font? you haven’t completed yi syllables yet
request: unified canadian aboriginal syllabics
can you do tolong siki? it does not require combining characters nor opentype features.
can you add unifon? i’m pretty sad because this font doesn’t update frequently unlike before...
Unifon is not fully encoded in Unicode.
Development of another font outside FontStruct kind of slowed things down here.
nope, too late: it says "today, 3:47 am" (i am in CEST timezone)
Mekig? Try 7 : 12 Serif
OVER 13000 GLYPHS?
very impressive! ^^
@Miguel_Gil why? this font has more characters!
why? @elliqvl, PIXEL SANS HAS MORE CHARACTERS IN YET……………………………….
@Miguel_Gil what does pixel sans have to do with this
erictom333 added it almost there the double of glypjs
