Highway Gothic CMS 8x14

My custom font for CMS displays (electronic highway signs), based on Highway Gothic (AKA FHWA series fonts). This is similar to my 4x7 and 5x7 CMS fonts, but is designed for higher resolution displays. Letters are generally 8 pixels wide and 14 pixels tall, though it is variable.
