May I use this font in a Balatro related project? (Since the regular m6x11 lacks required glyphs that this font has)

feel free to use it in any way you want
just remember to give credit to the original creator (daniel linssen)
I cannot use the font for the purpose I was hoping for, as I overlooked one of the missing glyphs, €.
I will, however, most certainly give credit to the original font creator when it comes to using the font.
