Welcome to FontStruct :) This has an impressive number of glyphs, they are very useful and the rounded style looks pleasant, easy to read.

You seem to have various design 'styles' here giving 'different' line types. If made on purpose that's fine, you the designer knows what your font should look like. If not then maybe my suggestions help and you find the time to adjust them if you think it would work for the design.

The diagonal of the 7 looks a bit thin and flat -maybe it would work better standing on an angled line like used on the right side of V. Is the 9 ok? The 'a' will be fine without the spur but with the corner like on 'd'.  I wonder if the diagonals/angles of XYZvxy and 2 could be thinned (see the sample). I think the diaresis of Ÿ interfere with the angles inside the V-shape; apart from nudging you can change the type of grid-square-filling dot. I made a sample for the different angles with basic bricks and how to adjust basic line thickness, and a sample about the dot. Maybe it's useful.

Finally: I like "5 by 5" and hope to see more designs from you :)
