Based on Aeolingia Decora this version has the basic Latin UC, Cyrillic UC, numbers plus essential symbols and some diacritics for decoration.
Use it for splash text or logos, it can't be used for long text nor for headlines as it is rather abstract.
The modern Rouble symbol is on the LC "er" = p

you forgot a couple of symbols likle the superscript 1 and 3, the backslash and the vertical line, latin-1 supplement,
@ brynda: Thank you :) I added backslash and vertical line. Latin1 not needed in Russian but you have it in the parent font. Are superscript 1 & 3 used in normal Russian text?
I have corrected the /, %, \ and also Д, Ж and Л.
What are the dimension of A (in gridsquares)
Álso, your 'small' Ё would make a great idea for small caps...
