The idea for Halftone came from my background in screenprinting. A halftone consists of a series of dots ranging in spacing or size, that when printed, give the illusion of a gradient. The characters start off solid black on the right and transition to a light grey on the left side of the character. Halftone is meant to be used as a display typeface. -
