Dupix is etremely small pixel font with 3-4 px height. Basic Latin and Cyrillic (Russian) available now. -

Actually a 5x5, even a 6x6 design (lacking support for the basic US-ASCII* b.t.w.), but a pretty good one for the extra support of Cyrillic. * Not quite a font as a result, just a good experiment to me (this decision depends on the limited context you chose).
