Nice work, again. The "j": what's wrong with descenders? The "l" having double stroke is inconsistent with other letters (e.g. i,h,k,t). Should they stand alone the "e" and the "z" are hard to recognize.

There are plenty of similar fonts around. As long as you put your creative effort in, and don't copy other's work you don't have to worry about similarity. You will find your own style.

I must agree with Frodo7 about the 'j' needing a descender. I would also make the 'i' like a short version of the 'l', to balance things a bit more. Keep up the good work

This is my 2nd ever Fontsruction designed 11 years ago, previously called Sliced :) Updated and renamed it to KD Kess. Should probably be more useful now...
