The M, m, W and w are all a bit too narrow.
The letter spacing seems a bit too wide for my taste (letters too far apart).
Some characters would benefit from negative kerning: the f and r should have the letter spacing (green line) a few spaces to the left ... so that they slightly overlap the right side of the letter. The j needs to moved towards the left (blue line).
These alterations would give a better balance to the design. Hope this helps :)
It is monospaced, so the M m W w have to be that narrow.
