well it's the power of the community, you can take tricks here and there for some glyph from other designer :)

I won't say it's better, they are different, yours is very square and I like this

the B and R there something missing in the shadow

Its a little bit funny.
It looks like my first font "enchan".
But this is different in some aspects.

This one is very square. that may be the reason 'M' and 'N' are little bit difficult to read.
May be the 'W' can be improved.
