Improved many Vietnamese diacritics. The positionings of the accents have been changed. They are stacked on the top.

Added unicode 18.0, improved Amenian, also added pre-existing 17.0 glyphs. Finished Sidetic, Beria Erfe and Tolong Siki, also Miscellaneous Symbols Supplement. Added glyphs in Armenian and Latin glyphs.

The green one is much better
I've also fixed the O-horn and the U-horn to parellel the heights and the serifs

Redesign the vulgar fractions 1/2; 1/4; 3/4 so that it is consistent with the other vulgar fractions (in the number forms block) PLEASE.
