The default font used by Adafruit's GFX library. The hex codes correspond to the cp437(true) chart on page 16:

Hex codes with bit[0] = 0, 1, 8, 9 were unavailable, so bit[1] is set as 1.
(Ex: 0x0001 => 0x0101)
