90年代の中解像度画面を意識した16x24ドット等幅フォントです。
他のツールで装飾することを前提に12x19のボックスに収めてデザインしています。
※640x480付近を意識した大きめフォントシリーズということで"31kHz"という冠を付けました。

This is a 16x24 px monospace font designed for the medium resolution screens of the 90s arcade games.
