@BWM: Well, I couldn't find suitable software for the keyboard layout. It was put together with Photoshop. The basic layout was two screenshots of the on-screen keyboard of Windows 10 (English US Keyboard). The Tengwar glyphs were added one by one and meticulously positioned on the keys.
@ ctcg: I used to share my fonts freely until I learned more about human nature. People don't value what is free. Some of my fonts were abused and disfigured for fun. It was heartbreaking to see my work trampled on and destroyed. Other cloned fonts (fortunately not mine) were simply published under a different name without any creative change - a shameless practice that poisoned the atmosphere and drove fellow members away; their departure was a great loss for the community. I stayed, and changed the license terms of my fonts: no more downloads or clones! Sadly, there are still attention-seeking people around with double-digit IQs whose only purpose is to annoy others.
When I clone someone's work, I treat it with respect. Cloning is a great way to look behind the scenes and learn new Fontstruct tricks. It is also useful to complete unfinished works, expand the character set, fine-tune spacing, modify and remix elements and give a new creative spin. Honest people appreciate the opportunity and don't abuse it.
i think goatmeal already explained it, but it's because he doesn't want his fonts to get reuploaded in fonts that say "1001 free fonts!!!11!!!!" without his credit
@ctcg: I believe I already answered your question. I don't accept your framing, however. Fontstructions don't have a natural tendency for downloads to be blocked. The designer may or may not allow downloads; it is his/her decision that ought to be respected.

I wonder what program you used to generate the keyboard layout in the sample?
Great supplement, maestro.
@elmoyenique: Thank you.

@Frodo7 Why you can't also allow cloning in Elrond (Latin)?

@Frodo7 Why did you block downloads in most of your FontStructions?
