5/9/21: For all the speedrunners and the SM community! Super Metroid Title-inspired. Not perfect but Free for any/all use, ALL Letters are UPPERCASE, base-keyboard characters only, gl hf! -Kitomoto.

The description says this is free for any/all use, but the license included is very restrictive. Can you clarify the license?
