US Bulletin is an EAS font portion of the Emergency Alert System, in conjunction with the Civil Authorities, and the Primary Entry Point System.

That font you just mentioned is pretty similar to the Emergency Alert System.
Probably if you have permission to those fonts, many YouTube users such as the Final Minutes, and Phoenix Fire, can use your font as pertain to your EAS portion of it.
