@rebecca-s - I agree with @elmoyenique; a very good start.  For consitency of the letters floating above their shadows, should the diamond shadows be lowered slightly and the bottom-right shadow notch of the G (where the angle meets the right vertical) be moved slightly to the right?

I'm with Goatmeal. Also, the font would improve a lot if the shadows of the center diamonds were lowered a bit. IMHO.

And would you add also the shadow of the Q's tail, please?
