Channing from GEOS Font Pack 1 by Berkeley Softworks.
There are similar fonts around like Premi or Andes, but I've always preferred this one. This was a morning quickie job.

Amazing work:D
Flamboyant and beautiful without being odd. Easy to read. I would make the N a little wider.
