This font is named Deduction because I felt that my path to the final typeface I designed was through a method or reduction and simplification. I deducted the original detail and fancy patterns in the limited grid form of fonstruct from my early type designs, until I found a pattern of structure that flowed throughout the font. Deduction, for me, encapsulates a ‘systematic’ personality through its repetitive solid lines and the deduction of only one row throughout, which hold the letters signifying shapes.

Nice effect. Maybe numerals...
IDK if the lines have their importance in the outlines…
