Well, it looks ominous. Shocking. I am devastated by the results of the referendum. I hoped it will never come to pass. The break up of the EU and quite possibly the UK as well. My world is shattered. I think, it is time to extend the second law of thermodynamics to politics. If the world (of 190+ nations) could be considered as an isolated system, and I don't see any reason why not, than the law suggests the entropy in the system always increases. This is just the first crack, and the process may take decades, but the fragmentation will continue until the system reaches a new equilibrium.
I'm sad and angry about what has happened as well. The British have been profoundly misled. I hope all British citizens or residents with any sense will sign this petition: https://petition.parliament.uk/petitions/131215
In the meantime, I hope we can find some cheer in the international union of the brick.

I'm with you, specially with Frodo7. But the UK is part of our cultural, echonomic and politic sense of Europe, IMHO.
I agree with you elmo, that is why it is surprising that the nation decided to cut so many valuable links.
