As you can imagine, it's tough to incorporate each of the 98 characters into a 3x3 matrix. Some of the characters don't look like themselves (like the G, 8, @, #, %... and plenty of others). Hope you like this! -

You might want to redo it with 94 unique glyphs (this trial is by far to short to me).
I mean, please add the lowercase set, to begin with, next remove any possible duplicate so that you can begin a serious design as US-ASCII at least :-)
