This concept was a ton of fun to work with. The two main issues I saw were curves (needed refining) and consistency (letters didn't always follow the same general form). I redrew the curves and used the "o" with the sharp corner to make the other letters. Sorry if I strayed farther from the original than you expected.

Aha, I do see the obvious advantage to these composite bricks...not sure if I'd have the patience to make something like this. Do continue, this font is awesome!
