This font is only old style non-lining numerals. It was only intended to be used as reference and cloned by anyone who can't be bothered making their own numerals (a disposition that I can relate to). If you're wondering, the few letters are only there to spell out the title of this font, and they look awful because they are all deformed numbers. -
