I noticed that you said that you don't have Photoshop (neither do I). Here are some suggestions for free alternatives to Photoshop:

@winty Or, you can use Microsoft Power Point to design and then printscreen it to MS Paint, like I did (for making samples):P
But consider what p2pnut has suggest you, it is useful to make more advanced designing.
And nice font too! (Made within 15 mins? Wow.)
And, you may need to differ "z" from "2" so others aren't confused, I think.

k maybe needs some alteration, and t's horizontal line is thick, I think.

Some of the others are pretty good though - well worth trying out.
@cable: I'm using a mac... and thanks, but I could n't really find a solution to z and 2.
@yautja: Thanks, maybe old style figures were a bad idea. I'll see what I can do.
@p2pnut: Maybe, I recently found a new one called Paintbrush, it's simple good and easy to use.
