Minor revision 3/19/13: Corrected baseline, eliminated extra pixel of width, minor improvement to stopwatch icon (in SYN symbol).

First 17 glyphs of ModControls2 font. Note: Because of a font height issue, the Modcontrols2 characters are 26 pts., while the surrounding text is 18 pts.
