Did you consider adding alternates for A and S? I do like the fat spine on Z for an S alternate (mismatched with s, creates some color issues, but your 2 shows the potential). And A alternates could be somewhere between the lowercase form and a rounded-apex uppercase (maybe even keep the cute spur on top for a fun hybrid). : ) 10/10
Totally agree with williaum. Otherwise the S sticks out quite a bit with its angular corners. I love the smoothness of the k...even at such a small grid, it seems non-modular! :D

I think like the guys about "S"/"Z" and the alternates. But this is an excellent font, of course. Good work.
I figured out a way to fix the 'S' to make it a little less out-of-place. Let me know what you think.
