I believe the correct term is REDACTED. Your sample shows a heavily redacted page where sensitive information is permanently blacked out. A classified document may not be redacted at all. Access to classified documents is restricted by security rules; their information is withheld in its entirety from the general public and requires proper security clearance to view.
I'm sorry to share the bad news (don't shoot the messenger), but a similar font is going by the name Redacted. https://www.1001fonts.com/redacted-font.html I think your version looks better, because the distribution of word blocks is more natural. Since “redacted” is essential, I would add an abbreviation like FS (for FontStruct): FS Redacted. Or add your monogram, whatever, to distinguish your font.
This is a simple, clever idea with real-world applications. Have a text file, select the sensitive parts (names, addresses, Social Security numbers, etc.), change the font to FS Redacted, and print it out.

Thank you again, for putting in this time and effort to find similar fonts, I have once again changed the name.
@Frodo7 Speaking of which, the script styles of that font kind of resembles cartoon handwriting when not zoomed in
It's not that bad…
