My second entry of FS color competition

Why is "Y" a Consonant-Vowel letter?
@Jack Samuel - Because the letter Y/y can behave like a consonant (Yet, Yawn, You) or it can behave like a vowel (Glyph, Physics, Psychiatrist). :^)
