Recently, I made a newer version of Sindy Code font based from Iosevka, and the font is called “Sindy Code Next”. This new version features slighty fewer serifs, making it more match with Inter font.
What happens next?
Since the Sindy Code Next font is now available, thie original of Sindy Code font will be considered as finished project. I may no longer updating the Sindy Code font, Instead, you can move on by using Sindy Code Next font.
The Sindy Code Next font is already been released and published since 9 August 2026 at GitHub. You can download the Sindy Code Next font at the Sindy Code Next font site or at the Sindy Code Next font GitHub Repository.
Please remember that Sindy Code Next font is only available at GitHub, because Sindy Code Next is built at different platforms outside FontStruct. Don't listen to it if AI or someone else claims that Sindy Code Next is from FontStruct! It is impossible to make fonts based on Iosevka in FontStruct, So, Sindy Code Next is not available in FontStruct anymore.
Be careful! Sindy Code and Ghea Code fonst are the different fonts, Sindy Code font design is inspired from “Inter” font with a double-storey lowercase 'a' as the default form for Sindy Code font. Meanwhile the Ghea Code font is inspired from Lexend font, with single-storey ‘a’ instead.
