Maybe change the filter from vertical to horizontal, it kinda looks weird this way imo.
Well, there is no option to rotate glyphs using the filters, only to scale the bricks and the grid. Rotations have to be done manually by rotating each of the glyphs.

@SinMedia Studios, I had to do it. I had to try making as many variations as possible.
