I completely agree and don’t understand why they do this. For personal needs, the font does not necessarily need to be published; it is already downloaded.

Yeah we're currently going through this shitstorm of rotten apples and cheap copycat knuckleheads and trolls. And sadly it has drastically deteriorated my will to become creative, supportive, or to still even bother trying to invest in the 'once' utopian image I had of the Fontstruct community. It got noticeably over the course of this last year. The that add value to the community, the ones that are serious about Fontstruct don't actively interact with the website as often as they used to, and I don't disagree with them to be honest. It's very disappointing, since we can be such a stimulating platform with a tight community of like-minded idividuals, constantly helping each and one another in finding improvements and to gain greater knowledge.

This was for a huge part the reason for my love affair with Fontstruct in the first place.
