This is the font for the Win 98 System.
It is okay for the lc y to go beyond the left side to make ligatures (jy, qy, etc.)
The & was changed as well.
Added Latin-A even though the original MS Sans Serif font didn't include it...

I cannot check the faithfulness, but this derived work looks very good and crisp at 1:1 scale.
{The -copyrighted- original typeface might be too recent for me, and the large matrix cannot match my criterion of pixel minimalism, of course.}
