My 'serious' entry for the LoveComp 2016. The dents and hollows in the lines are intentional, the unevennes is an illustration. Love is not a "simple straight-edged neatly tidied" feeling nor a life-long dream-manufactured perfect experience. Every Love has those swirling and rambling sensations and discoveries as well as some uneven blinks-of-an-eye like those dents and bumps in this font, when things and feelings are more like each person involved: complexity needing learning and understanding, uncertainty requiring thoughtfulness and cooperation to smooth things out. Over the years of learning about each other we discover that those uneven areas are part of Nature's magick called Love. We discover that there is only one person like this unique one we love because of what and how they are ......... The name is Spanish ;)

Looks pretty good so far. 10/10+fav

It could almost be the hand drawn script of a lovelorn swain (or swainess???)

Beautiful description of what love encompasses.

Ah . . . uniqueness. Each of us is that, and yet we are all connected, or rather, interconnected through the highest form of energy, which is what most people call love. Love is actually tachian energy, the Collective Unconscious, but all emotions can be ascribed to it. Love itself is, quite simply, the energy that makes up everything in existence. Lovely font, by the way. :)

@ Noah: thank you :)

@ p2p: swain made me laugh and swainess gave me stitches :D

@TCWhite: that is profound, I realised that I'd have said the same had my English been as sure as yours, thank you :)

Since publishing I have sharpened some outlines and added glyphs. Plus I adjusted the space around the heart deco of the LC to make it more noticeable. These changes are not visible in the samples due to sample size. I need to discover the maximum size for samples to avoid imprecision in delicate areas such as the hearts.

I wonder how much work and time went into this?! Every glyph is pretty unique, and overall feeling is a hand drawn script-like font. The stroke weight for k seems a little thick, and x's style seems different though. Thank you for sharing!

@ architaraz: thank you for that observation, they did look strange to me as soon as you pointed them out. I have changed the x to look more hand drawn and the k is slimmer.

I  removed a strange line of bricks (no idea where it came from), changed the "*" and increased the spacing by 0.1. I noticed that 4 people downloaded this font: contact me ...  :)
