This type design was inspired by Halloween and I was seeing lots of different fonts that were in a style that could relate to my chosen theme ‘messy’ as I could include blood and gore. Pencil shavings were a big part of my typeface because I liked the effect pencil shavings and dust around the letter looked, so I played around with this on fontstruct and replicated the same effect.
