Excellent! You were right to persevere. Maybe the "K" lacks a bit of personality regarding the others.

As you ask, I'd say decrease the spacing between letters and increase the one between words. Also, i'd surely put the low part of the "U" under the base line. For the rest, it's your design, the ideas i could add would transform the font on something else.
