Changes:

1. Modified letters

-I modified uppercase African D so it looks more distinct from that of ð and đ.

-I modified the click letters so they're more distinct. I added a mini stroke (in the style of ʇ) to the dental, lateral and alveolar ("retroflex" according to Unicode nomenclature) clicks so they looks more distinct from other glyphs (including uppercase i, lowercase L, two lowercase LL as in "call", the exclamation mark, etc.).

-I modified Cyrillic uppercase У and its derivatives (Ў Ӯ Ӱ Ӳ).

2. Added letters

-I added the letter "tone 5" from Zhuang (Ƽ ƽ).

-I added the two Abkhazian che letters (Ҽ ҽ + Ҿ ҿ).

-I added uppercase turned alpha in Latin Extended-C.
