This is serif Mockalith font, containing every letter of the Mockalith script (derived from AABBCC), Duodecimal digits, Michael Thomas De Vlieger's argam digits (credit to Shannon Lovelace, but I tried to draw them out of pixels), and ASCII.
To download the font, downloading it in .ttf is recommended.
