the osd font as seen on various lg flatron lcd monitors from around 2006-2009. each character takes up a 12x18 space.
i took closeup photos of the osd as well as the service menu on my flatron l192ws and i just started counting pixels in order to determine the size of each character tile and then draw the characters themselves (i made sure each individual pixel could be clearly seen in my photos, i didn't make any estimations whatsoever and i triple checked everything. yes, the forward slash is that offcentered in the original character set, and the full stop is not in line with the rest of the characters.)
i also had a look at a dump of the firmware for my model of monitor and it turns out the k, the x and the z are indeed the only lowercase letters that exist. the full stop/decimal point, the forward slash and the colon are the only non-alphanumeric glyphs as well, as far as i could tell by squinting at the hex editor anyway.
