UPDATE 4.0: updated, finished Vietnamese characters
Number of characters: 335 (or 336)
font = 100% free, can used in both personal use and commercial uses.
supports English and Vietnamese.
and the "More Latin" part in FontStruct.
uh it is now f-ed up with cs2.
