Sorry, I couldn't resist the temptation for a little Microsoft nostalgia. A very useful pixel font for retro. 10/10

Ha! I like your take on the "blue screen of death".

Oddly enough, I've hardly run into the "blue screen of death" during all of my computing years... I guess I'm one of the lucky few.

:^)

As always, thanks for the kind words, Frodo7!

Fixedsys rocks.

Ever heard of Fixedsys Excelsior? :-)

Call me a masochist, but I always liked Fixedsys. This one is a very nice tribute and Gustavo`s sampler brightened up my day. Thx for sharing, GoatMeal. I might clone this one for latin diacritics in the near future.

Thanks, p2pnut, gferreira and cayo!

I've always fancied the subtle elegance of fixedsys, too.

Gustavo: While searching Wiki for info on terminal and fixedsys, I did happen to see the "Fixdedsys Excelsior" project! I recommend others check it out as well.

(And thanks for linking to the example pic from Fixedsys Excelsior!)

i need to say
this is also the font that MS-DOS (windows 95 sometimes too) uses

@Radio80- Can you provide an example of where MS-DOS uses this font?  Research says it's the oldest Windows font (Win 1.0), but no mention of it being used in DOS, despite its similar appearance to other DOS text fonts...
