Textura Digita, a Blackletter ASL fingerspelling font.  The capital letters are meant to be the old-fashioned way of writing, directly representing signed hand shapes.  The lowercase letters are meant to be a more modern version, what the capital letters might morph into after hundreds of years of use (but still written with a roundhand nib).
