Wow, I like the design. It would look good in a science-fiction movie or something.
The “IL” and the “H” are the capital and lower-case middle-Welsh double-“L”s. You can find them under: “Even More Latin” (the second option from the bottom on the list on the bottom left of the screen). The glyphs are the fifth and sixth from the end. How on Earth could they have got there?! I would suggest removing them because they’re not really in keeping with the rest of the font, bearing in mind what letters they’re supposed to represent.
