Surprisingly legible at smaller sizes. Attractive 3D effect through varying brick sizes. Mm and Ww look a tad 'weak' though; using the largest square brick for the 'line' joining verticals and horizontals of the "actual glyph", and 2 of that brick into the central horizontal should help. You could have the thicker looking M and W as alternates on m and w ;)
