IT'S A CRYPTIC FONT WHOSE ENTIRE PURPOSE IS TO BE CONFUSING
But just in case you are curious, here's how to use it.
1. No such things as capitalization exists in Squarium.
2. The dotted glyphs (uppercase) are intended to indicate repeating letters, like the Z in "Puzzle", or the T in "Button".
This font only support basic latin, numbers, and some symbols.
Because, well, that's all they were designed to be.
