This is Seg-16, a clone of Seg-14.
Seg-14 is so poorly designed, I can't tell the difference between

Considering the fact that Seg-14 was made within one sitting and never edited afterward, I didn't really expect anyone to notice it, nor consider it my "magnum opus", let alone a redeemable work. Although this version has made several improvements on mine (especially the @ and %, kudos), The "д" is so oddly formed that the only way I knew what it was was by the context of the surrounding letters.
