Elder Futhark had a pretty decent amount of runes.  However, some of the runes looked like different letters than what they were.  This rune font has been hidden in my account, but it didn't display right with improper leading, so I added a really, really low line to my logo in the Specials. 

If you like runes, this might do, but I cloned this one and created "Modern Futhark" which includes regular characters done in a rune style in the Basic Latin block, and added every single Futhark rune I could find (Elder & Younger runes, and perhaps a few runes from Anglo Saxon Futhork), which would probably suit you better, including some lesser known versions of runes (different dilalects) in the Runes block.
